帳號權杖只用來連接你的 Dinox 帳號，讓語路把你建立的文字、照片及錄音送到自己的 Dinox 卡片。它不是購買憑證，也不是付費解鎖碼。

先確認網路連線與設定中的 Dinox 帳號權杖，再回到記錄卡片查看狀態並重試。若問題持續，請寄信描述畫面顯示的錯誤；不要傳送權杖本身。
手錶離線錄音會遺失嗎？
手錶錄音會先保存在裝置上；恢復與 iPhone 的連線後，語路會嘗試傳回。請在手錶或 iPhone 中確認傳輸與傳送狀態。

Frequently asked questions
What is the Dinox account access token for?
The account access token only connects Yulu Memo to your Dinox account so it can send your text, photos, and audio to your own Dinox cards. It is not a purchase credential or a paid feature unlock.
What if sending fails?
Check your network connection and Dinox account access token in Settings, then return to the record card to review its status and retry. If it still fails, email the displayed error without including your token.
Will offline Watch recordings be lost?
Watch recordings are saved on the device first. When the iPhone connection returns, Yulu Memo attempts to transfer them. Check the transfer and send status on your Watch or iPhone.
